The rental is from Saturday to Saturday. Daily rental is possible in low season.

Prices cover a Saturday to Saturday rental (Check-in after 15:00, Check-out before 10:00).

Prices include:
-- free Wireless Internet Access,
-- free access to the swimming pool,
-- free access to the tennis court and to the table tennis,
-- free wine tasting,
-- free visits to cellars and agricultural museum,
-- free children playground area,
-- free private, covered parking,
-- kitchen towels and tableclothes,
-- electricity, gas and water consumption,
-- bed linen and towels,
-- tax.

Prices exclude:
extra single bed (euros 75 per week),
heating (added during the period 15-10 to 15-04: euros 80 per week),
final cleaning (euros 20 per apartment),
cot/crib (euros 21 per week).

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of total amount due is requested.

This villa is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, looking over the Vallombrosa Hills.

Great location. Good place to stay away from the traffic and people in Florence.

The surroundings were beautiful and it is a very central spot if you want to drive around Central Italy, as we did.
